By the way I am pretty sure that Bob Harris and Dankgrower are one and the same. Tsk tsk you must think we are fools. I thought this thread was going to be left alone so that patients can find the help they need.

Then why do the caregivers want them? I mean, if they are such a burden? Why doesn't he just not use them at all?

No not into conspiracy theories at all I just dont trust you. You say you are trying to help people but everything you have said belittles and makes fun of even the most conservative people in this program who have trouble with the law. And you excuse almost everything the state and police do to make this law unworkable.

Edited to add seems awful funny how all the sudden this other person (dankgrower) shows up and starts posting just in time to back up your story. Yet you make it look like he will back you up on your story but seems reluctant to do so. Looks a little to obvious to me. Too obvious to even be a conspiracy theory

And I have absolutely no issue with that type of care giver. That, is in fact, what a caregiver should do. But can you tell me that you think there isn't profiteering and abuse going on?

Of course there is. There is with anything that can make money. But you seem to say that they are ruining it for everyone when in reality the politicians do not like this law and do not want to honor it in any way.

That's simply untrue. Generally, those acting conservatively are not having problems. Nor do I bash those acting conservatively, I applaud them. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Show me someone being unjustly prosecuted under this law, and I'll help pay for their defense.

So you mean to tell me that EVERYONE being prosecuted in this state deserves it?

Edited to add and I mean the people that get their grow equipment taken or smashed or their meds taken and never returned but never charged.
Those people deserve it too?

They are ruining it. They are feeding the politicians fire with their actions. Also, politicians and law enforcement don't necessarily hate the med law, but they are concerned about how to keep it for medical use, not recreational. And also how to keep a caregiver status form being a legal license to grow for mad profits.

They are doing their job, for the most part.

If they never get charged, they can get their stuff back. Or be compensated for it. Might take them a little time, but the law is on thier side in that scenario.
And I said "generally", not "everyone"...some people are certainly being charged and tried when they are in compliance..and they win in court. Please..show me a conviction where the grower was within guidelines..I can't find one.

We've been friends for 20 years..we give each other lots of crap...it's what friends do. Am I buddyganga too? He seems to lean towards my side, just trying to help with that conspiracy theory that you don't have.

NO it's not..... and no one is growing for you free and we're not giving you S&H Green Stamps either. You have 2 choices (1) GROW YOUR OWN or (2) pay for your meds like everyone else
