Closet grow with pics

Me too! Were really excited about these three plants. chrome were gonna turn the lights out on sat, for flowering. We wanted to veg for a full month this time.

Well guys, we are shutting the lights off tomorrow at 6 and they'll stay off for 36 hours to prepare for flowering. The plants are about 8 to 10 inches tall, and we don't want them to get too tall, so we decided to flower! We're very excited since these are the best looking plants we've had so far, and they've done really well in veg.

So flowering will start on Friday... wish us luck!

I'm on the same track so I know how excited you are... I had set the time last night... They received only 14 hours of light last night, 12 hours of darkness. It's all 12/12 from here on...

Do you think the 36 hours of darkness really helps?

I myself was going to give them a 24 hour dark period first, but I was talked out of it. So I just went to 12/12.

I guess we will both find out soon. =]

How come everyones plants on here are always so damn bushy? Mine always grow up, then thicken out as they get older. It's no fair, I figure people LST, or something, and I just let my plant grow, but I still get really pretty plants in the end.

same as wolfman here i just go stright to 12/12 i dont see how 36 hours help!! but at the end of the day its you're grow you decide...

Hmm maybe the 36 dark isn't necessary... We'll see what happens. Let us know how it works without such a long dark period. Squirrel God how for do you put the lights up to your plants? If they are too far away they will just get tall and bush out up top.

Sweet thats good news to hear meathook. I will let you guys know how long it takes them to show sex. Were gonna do some research on the molasses and see what people recommend, and will keep you guys posted!

im going to start flowering my plants after a month and a half into veg... so basically gunna use the molasses at the start of flowering

once flowering starts, im going to water, nute, molasses, etc

sounds good. maybe we will do the same.

Ok, so the 36 hours was up today, and here are the before and after pics! We think they look awesome, and they definitely grew!

They started the 12/12 schedule today, so we're very excited! We'll keep everyone posted!

Pics 1 & 2 are our plants before the 36 hours of dark. Pics 3 & 4 are the same plants after the 36 hours. Pics 5 is another plant in our flowering room, and the last pic is all of our potential ladies!!

are the leaves on all your plants perfect?

meaning no nute burn at all or curling from heat?


ps, did u all look into the blackstrap?

blackstrap? The leaves arnt all perfect. The one with the fat leaves has some burns on the bottom few leaves, but the other one is good.
