Colloidal Silver

You should save yourself some trouble and use STS solution. You only need to spray a couple of times. This plant was sprayed twice. Between two and three weeks after spraying. Spray it and forget it.

What’s STS? Is it easier to make the. Coloidal ?

STS is Silver Thiosulfate. It's made from silver nitrate and sodium thiosulfate.

Isn't that stuff a pain to make up

It takes ten minutes or less to mix up. It's less hassle than making colloidal silver. And you only need to spray the plant a couple times.

I tried STS using the 1:4 formula, and I didn't realize it but the tent was leaking light so it was actually in veg for a week after I sprayed it. Needless to say I see white hairs now a week or so later coming from that clone. When I fixed the light cycle I sprayed it again with the STS, but it looks no bueno. Maybe it will pop some pollen sacks, but now that it has shown white hairs, would any resulting pollen tend to produce seeds that will herm?

Anyways, the stock solution is apparently good for 30 days after mixing so I sprayed a branch of Gorilla Bomb and we'll see what happens with that one now that the light issue is fixed.

@xtsho Looks like it worked after all...?

Look, this guy is all over this!

Using STS is more stable, produces better, more viable, real male "balls"!

Colloidal is hit or miss and requires more work.. It produces less viable results......With more stress on the plant!

Less stress is key to better/more stable S1 production...
