Only thing I would try to grow outdoors at your altitude would be autos. Season is likely not long enough to grow regs outdoors.

At 16" it's no longer a clone, it's a plant and it will cost you more. This is a 16" plant in the pic. and I'm not selling it, but if you were to buy a plant this size from someone else it would cost you about $100 give or take.

There are plenty of places to buy clones (6" & under generally). To find the ones you want you'd have to call around.

MSG me in private if you're looking for Opium, Durban Poison, Blueberry, or NY Diesel.

And never talk about trading or buying anything in these forums, it's against the site policy.
IF you want to be technical, any cutting with roots is a plant, not a clone regardless of height. Also, I never mentioned buying or sellin. Thanks mommy.

True. I'm not sure at what point people stop referring to is as a clone and start referring to it as a plant. But it sounds like you know more than the standard dispensory. I had one sell me clippings and then argue that clippings and clones are the same thing.

And I didn't mean to sound like your mommy or daddy. You were just walking the edge with your last message & I wanted to make sure you knew the rules before you posted something that could get you banned. Just trying to help.

You mean they sell clippings, as in trimmings that aren't rooted? Do you get them home and root them yourself?

Yeah, that was the dispensory behind Canamed on Leetsdale. If you ever buy a "clone" from them, make sure they have roots if you don't have a humidity dome.

They were wilting by the time I got them home, and it was before I built a rooting station. They didn't last long under the HIDs. I assumed they had roots till they died and I took them out of the plugs and saw there were no roots at all. And they charge $20 for clippings/clones. I would advise avoiding them unless they have a strain that you want really bad and can't find anywhere else.

Dispensaries run by NooB's LOL :bigjoint:
Well they just changes ownership. This is a good warning for people wanting to open a dispensory.... Make sure everything else you do is squeeky clean. The last ower got busted doing some insurance fraud and when the feds took a look at his books they saw the dispensory so on top of a fed insurance fraud charge, he's also facing fed drug charges. The feds might leave you alone if you're not doing anything else they can arrest you for, but if they bust you for anything else, the drug charges get attatched.

The new ownership hired a grower that don't know shit from shine-ola. lol Probably some chick that took horticulture classes in college and thinks she's a MJ expert. lol

Hey im young and go to medicalm. I have a very good reason for my particular choice to use mj. but you know what its none of your damn business thank you very much. Colorado is a breeding ground for cannabis. teach the youth about its benefits and quit trying to hide it! it just makes you look dumb if you act like a crackhead when you smoke cannabis. It was meant to be grown outside for everyone to smell and see. Doesn't it seem like it should be illegal to outlaw nature?

No clone is going to last under HIDs. You only need fluorescents for a clone.

personally i think the the whole doctor patient relationship thing is crap being a herbalist and most of them would be pushing there poison if it would not be legal there. WHO? are they to say wether or not i can use for depression or it just makes me more social. I am 41 and been smoking since 14. IF YOU WANT TO SEE A REAL DOCTOR SEE A CHIROPRACTOR THAT DOES NOT PUSH MEDS. IT SHOULD BE LEGAL FOR ALL NOT JUST FOR SOMEONE A DOCTOR SAYS FOR' IF YOU NEED IT I AM GLAD YOU GET IT KUDOS TO YOU. I live in pa not legal sucks i support legalizing for everbody not just for who doctors say for. But if if will make it legal eventually then go for it.

A clone with a decent root system has no problem with a 400w MH. But if they don't have roots they'll die because it's not a clone, it's a clipping and still needs to grow roots.

I'm 7 for 7 with clones under HIDs. And I'm 0 for 2 with clippings under HIDs. Clones don't need fluoros, clippings do. That's the easiest way to tell a clone from a clipping if you can't see the root zone.

I'm still looking for someone who's had experience with White Mites by the way. Anyone out there?

Mites in CO? Is kind of rare I thought they were not able to thrive up here. Anyway any GARDEN SAFE insecticide should be fine, but DO NOT spray the affected foliage until the lights are OFF or you will burn your leaves.

Thanks for your help +rep

Spider Mites are common up here, they require low humidity. Broad Mites aren't since they need hi humidity, and I'm 99% sure I have Broad Mites http://entomology.ifas.ufl.edu/creatures/orn/cyclamen_mite.htm and from what I understand I will need more than 1 pesticide since they develope immunities very quickly & I'll have to treat 2 or 3 times minimum.

Can anyone suggest a second insecticide, or does anyone know where I can buy predatory mites?

Ladybugs are pretty hungry so they will eat a good amount. The Garden safe spray works, but you may still catch a few flying around here and there. I don't se any harm in using neem oil. How big is ur bug problem?

I have it down to the one type of mite that shouldn't be in the area (they like humidity).

The Lady Bugs are more for prevention, they wont eat the mites. I guess they're too small.

I guess I can use the Garden Safe & Neem Oil, I just found a nursery on Parker, S of Arapahoe to get all the stuff with 1 stop. I think predatory mites might be better, but can't find them and if they're bigger than the Broad Mites the Lady Bugs might eat them.

I don't think the infestation's bad yet, but eggs hatch in 4 days, and they're ready to mate a few days later. Plus they don't have to mate to lay eggs, unfertilized eggs are 100% male and fertilized eggs are 75% female.

These things are nasty and can get out of control quickly. But after they're gone I hopefully wont have any more trouble with bugs.
