It might be. We might of roughed it up too much tho.

I don't go out to the garage during the winter. Plus I am pregnant and it sucks to put on hoodies and coats.

My NL plant was stretchy as all hell at the same number of days as my current plant. She was over 2 ft tall!

Day 38 - 12/12 Day 13

I am thinking she will finish at about 1 1/2 ft tall. What do yall think? She is growing between a quarter and half inch a day.

Something interesting I noticed today on her, her secondary branches are starting to stagger the leaf nodes.

The exhaust fan has really evened out the temps.

She is a sexy plant. I wish I had had more time to veg her. I would of let her go another two weeks.

But I am on a tight baby schedule.

I lurk the "whats new" section all the time.

It really surprises me how often people fail at growing this plant.

I am going to adopt your method to see which plants survive massive neglect and still pull through without herm after I find a solid pheno combination I want.. then market the thing as 'bmeat-proof'.. as I am sure his posts are known around the world as what not to do by now.

i noticed mine starting to get the branches a little staggered also.
i added 2 more lights today and made it a bit droopy toward the end of the day.
trying to figure out the max number of lights a vegging plant can handle.
wish you had more time to veg that plant is taking on a nice christmas tree shape.

Hmm maybe it was too hot and your plant was losing water too fast?

it is possible my light covers about 4 sq feet and have 161w of 5000k and 26 w of 2700k. (14,400 lumens)
when i bumped it up had 156w of 2700k plus the 161w of 5000k (22,400 lumens)
the plant is only 1.5 sq ft i think just to much focused to close as my heat only went from 78f to 81f.
have you every tried lighting from underneath? i know i am a little ahead of myself with lights just want to know what works and what does not.

I am just doing side and top lighting. Show me a pic of your cabinet/grow area.

A fan blowing on the bulbs will help keep the heat off the plant.

these pics where from a few days ago the space is 2x2x4.
before my light i made i could leave cfl's 1 in or so now for best is bet 1.5 to 2.5 inches.
all covered in mylar so everything is being reflected around.
have 1 intake at the bottom blowing in 68f air and my exhaust 2 fans into a carbon filter. giving off about 80f air.
using pc fans for all air movement since i got a good deal on them. 12 120mm fans for $40 shipped.
will be adding second inside box once i add all my lights.
the second and 3rd pics are wired the same just with y adapters turned to get more light down the side.

Put your hand right over the leaf area. If it is warm/hot, get a fan on those bulbs. Cfls can generate alot of heat together like that.

Also your thermometer is measuring temps where it is sitting. The temp right on the leaf surface will be a few degrees hotter.
