Compost Tea Advice?

So my girls are about to go into flowering in a week or so and since i've been doing mostly liquid fertilizers for the duration of the veg cycle i thought i should switch to organics for sweeter/more fragrant/ smokeable buds. Im looking to make a compost tea , but i am not very knowledgeable about teas and they are a new concept to me so some help would be appreciated. Basically, i want to make a tea that has all the components needed for a good crop (like a NPK ratio of 1-3-2?) or something? made out of bat guano, kelp powder, etc. i just don't know what else it needs to be a comprehensive solution (it's a long hike to get to the plants so it's nice to have everything in one liquid solution.

do you guys think you would have any suggestions of what would give me what im looking for in this tea and how i should make it? also, this is my first post. thanks everyone
