Not really. All it will do is increase population and activity of soil microbes. Teas have a typically meager npk value but do provide a bit of soluble nutrition. Depends upon the recipe/ whatever you add to it.
I only use 2 tea recipes:
Handful of worm castings
Teaspoon of molasses
2 tblspn Kelp meal
Or
Same recipe with 1 tsp of liquid fish w/ seaweed per gal of water
Bubble for 36+ hours in 3-5 gal of clean water
The latter provides slightly more npk but either tea will not completely sustain plants for very long without a slow release fertilizer added to the mix. I like using chicken manure and fertilizer spikes myself but that's just how I roll.
