Everyday right before I go to bed I smoke two fat blunts and cough till I throw up . It takes me about 5 actual minutes to stop coughing. . Then I smoke the roaches in my straight shooter. ..it's not something I'm proud of!
I can't stand the smell or taste of weed.
When I try edibles they make me gag a little because I can't get past the taste.

If you decarb first in the oven then maybe you don't have to simmer in butter for hours which imparts tons of chlorophyll and that's where that shit taste comes from.
the butter never worked for me, so I started doing firecrackers. Just looking for something to give me the effect but take away the smoke damage I get.
Eventually I gave up and am just sticking to using a pipe.
Going to try honey oil when I get the chance.

Last thing I do at night is 3 or 4 bong loads while chilling in bed. I sleep with a bong next to the bed ready stacked with herb and shatter mix, and a full bowl of crushed herb so when I wake up at 3am I don't even have to open my eyes I can just rip one leaning off the side of the bed, rack a ganja one and hit that, and go back to sleep. If it was a shit night's rest I like to hit one before opening my eyes in the morning too. I don't like being grumpy.

Ask for HASH edibles. Way more pleasant as far as taste goes, nice and earthy so you can hide it easily in even mellow tasting stuff like granola bars.
Another alternative is making an oil instead of butter and putting that in capsules. A strong oil only needs .35 grams a cap, that is a tiny capsule you will swallow easily. We make these for people that need meds but can't smoke OR eat, which happens often believe it or not.
For home use I have a canna tincture that is active in as little as 5 drops. It still has a weedy taste, but you can just swallow it down with a shot of water and then sip on some tea or whatever, it is over in a few seconds and no gag even if it isn't exactly a gourmet flavor explosion...
