He hasn’t. The story is rez snitched on all them at icmag. The youngsters keep trying to rewrite the history lol. The story dark horse had was JJ got mad at em over something, threatened to turn em in to The licenseing place or something MME? I’m getting the drift there are hemp licenses being used for bean making, but it’s murky

I would never purchase from them either just because of this. Nor will I pay their insane prices for seeds. GGG did the same "stealing" trash talking on Omuerta Genetics after Jake left. He BOUGHT packs, pheno hunted and started his own lines with their "blessing" in the beginning, then turned the tables, and trashed on him saying he stole their genetics.
Omuerta Genetics knocked it out of the park when I ordered and provided proof that I was Veteran, bought 2 packs, got 3 packs and a pack of testers as "freebies" I will purchase from them again for the simple fact that they support Veterans, and what I've grown turned out awesome.

He took bag seeds of a strain someone else worked and renamed it. Somehow that makes him the "creator of chemdog". He did a good job of marketing so he could sell overpriced chronic. He didn't breed shit and doesn't even really claim as much but in my opinion he jacked someone else's work

Oy maybe they didnt put any work into it and it was also a lucky bagseed find. No one knows much about the original dog bud strain, so you cant assume it was heavily worked or not.

Idk how many ppl you've talked to from back then, but the cops were pretty lenient on weed in the 60s-70s and even early into the 80s.....basically if you had under a lb, they wouldn't bust you- even over sometimes.

In the 70s my uncle was stopped drinking n driving with weed filling up the back of his car and they didn't do shit, he got to keep his weed and heing he was close to his house they let him drive the rest of the way home.

If I was alive back then, I would have been growing mad plants.

Instead it's 2022 and although weed is legal where I'm at, it's illegal for any citizen medical or not to grow here....so I'm way more underground than I would have been back then despite the legality being the same.

I wish the article would have mentioned the HpLVd epidemic. Just look at the disaster that Dark Heart had turned into before they got their act together and instituted strict biocontrol procedures in their greenhouses along with universal testing for their keeper cuts. When they went around testing facilities that year, every single greenhouse they visited had cuts test positive. So Berner made 150 million with Cookies, I wonder how much he cost the industry with HpLVd positive cuts?

Chemdog didn't so shit other than pop the bagseeds he found and pass the cuts around. He has zero worked lines. I give him all the credit for popping the seeds and passing the cuts to the right people, but he's never done any actual work.

Riot called him out on IG for going into town meetings and snitching other growers by name.

If that shit is true, then I can't respect shit about his movement.

Before that, I've given him props as a marketing machine and bringing the industry into pop culture.

However, he represents Big Corporate Weed and I can never get behind that.

Agreed his Cookies University is a dope program though, wish more big name growers would do something like that to ensure the future of their genetics being grown.
