Dead heading has multiple definitions. The general horticulture usage is the removal of dead flowers to promote additional blooms. Also removing dead foliage. And cutting shrubs and bushes to the ground to restart them. Not accurate in this forum. But understandable.I didn't know wtf dead-heading was, so I looked it up. I think you are confused man.
