Im hoping for the same thing, 6 months probo n all..I ended up graduating and Im up at college already so I think theyd have a real hard time throwing me in jail, fuckers... My lawyer told me I could transfer my probation up to my new area or even just have weekly phonecalls with my probo officer and NO DRUGTESTS but im trying not to get me hopes up

oh, youll get drug tests hopefully you got what i got. when you go in the first day, talk to the state attorny first and see what they offer you. if its pretrial diversion, take it and you'll have it swiped off. 6 months w/o mj though . i jsut bought that legal bud shit cause i thought it was funny... ugh... smelled like oregano and tasted like shit and didn't even give me any sort if buzz at all. word to the wise, stay clear of that.
