Damping off possible problems!

They already were stood up they fell over after. When it first happened ti me I had a dome over them and it happened.
i certainly haven’t been overdoing the watering as I keep thinking it’s damping off!

You are correct in your diagnosis. I recently had to go through the same thing. I'd change everything, if it's been in your area and could have been exposed to spores toss it and what you can't toss clean the hell out of it. clean everything. Once you've got new soil try planting some new seeds and try again.
Good luck, in my most recent battle I kept trying and trying and tweaking things and trying but at a certain point it would just come back and kill my seedlings.
I'd also suggest a soil with good drainage, moisture retention can be a breeding ground for fungus. I switched to coco myself and I had 0 problems right off the bat.

Change soil maybe. I see what lucid sees but imo it looked like a stem injury more than the typical shriveling but he definitely knows more than me

Stop using a dome for seedlings.

I was spraying friendly spores to kill thrips on plants that were a couple of weeks old, and they started damping off. So I braced them and made a little collar of rockwool, and the plants rooted out of the stalk and bypassed the issue. I did the same thing with seedlings that were looking like they were starting to head south, but I used little pieces of Root Riot plugs and the damping off never set in. I'm not sure if either situation was actually damping off or not, but both solutions prevented the plants from getting worse or dying.
