You don't even have independent branches of govt, fool.

Both your Exec and the Judges are in the pocket of the Legislature, retard.

There are no checks and balances and no legal pot.

If you are so free, how come I can got to the store to get a variety of THC products for a good price, and you cannot?

Tell ME!
Its a gradual thing, hence why 48 of your States still say its illegal for recreational use and is still illegal federally.

I can get pot at any time I wish tho.

We have comprehensive background checks, I just went through one last week. The rest of this post is so blatantly false it's stinking up the room. When you get those numbers on a NRA funded poll, then you might have an argument. Banning scary guns is only Constitutional through the piss-soaked interpretation of a progressive.

Please continue, it's fun watching you fail at convincing ANYONE.
You cant legally purchase a firearm from a dealer unless you lied on your 4473
Question 11e. How did you answer if you ever smoked pot?

these are good polls
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA, claims the partisan hack. Sorry, considering your ability with polls, big numbers AND political parties, we'll be using my judgement.

nope, sorry.

over and over again, you have proven that yoiu are nowhere near reality. can't even see it with a high powered telescope from where you are.

the polls i cited are reality.
And yet, you guys just can't seem to get your agenda passed. All these polls and it keeps dying on the vine? Maybe you can take your polls down to the local gun show and FORCE them to implement your restrictions. Let us know how that goes for you. Stooge.

tgood job on cherry picking, you've done that before to convince yourself that romney was leading. he never was.

your disdain for reality is epic.
Your claim, your citation. Sorry you can't read your own bullshit polls. How many zeros are in a million?

last time you judged polls, you predicted a 14 point romney win, 54-40.

you were noly off by 18 points though.

so no, your judgement is for shit and we will not be using it.

nice attempt to shift away from the subject at hand, but i remain correct and you remain a pathetic clown who can;t handle reality.

Your claim, your citation. Sorry you can't read your own bullshit polls. How many zeros are in a million?
like i said, you cherrypicked a single outlier. i posted ALL of the polling i found on a quick and easy google search, an the vast and overwhelming majority of it agreed with exactly what i was claiming.

you found one single poll that was only somewhat close to your denial of reality and claimed victory. that's because you hate realiity and can;t stand the fact that i was completely correct about reality.

about 90% or more want comprehensive background checks, about 70% favor a national registry, about 60% favor banning high capacity mags, and over 50% support a ban on assault rifles.

you can't dispute that anymore because it is reality and you are a whiny little bitch.

You are flooping around. There has never been a pot shortage for me since I was 15.

Now I got to a store. Your little Parliament runs the show and won't allow it.

Here People run the show. We have THC stores in some towns, already. Here, People, in the What the Hell, States say, "What the Hell, anyway? Who cars? We don't."

That is all it takes to:
collect tax on Pot sales
have gay weddings,
marry at 15,
limit property tax
ban alcohol
restrict firearms
legalize dirty needle exchange
sleep on the street
hand out condoms in schools
provide Sanctuary to un-documented migrants,
etc
etc

All of hat cannot happen in Parliaments. The courts don't back the People. They are part of Govt.

If you think you dont have a Parlimentary system in all but name, then youre a crackhead and need to stop smoking crack.
actually our system is NOT parliamentary.

our executive branch is separate from the legislative (president is NOT a member of congress) while in a parliament, the PM IS an MP, jut the head of the "Ruling Party"

we can have a president from one party, while another party dominates in the legislature, and thats often how it shakes out.

republics are not necessarily parliamentary, but some republics (especially Funkadelic ones) have parliaments.

Kynes is in the house! Bwahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

[On a serious note, congrats on your GED]
so the US govt IS a parliamentary system?

no, your snide allusion IMPLIES i am wrong without stating any solid position which you might then have to defend.

i am stating right here and now, the US system is NOT a parliament.

if you wish to argue that it is, i will gladly make you look stupid(er).

You realise America has more than two parties, right?

The number of parties has no effect on defining the political ideology of the country whatsoever.

The only real differences between here and there are we have more choices of parties, and you's have gun rights in your Constitution.

WOW-FUCKING-WEE.
