Ron Paul supporters spend too much time doing exactly that. Ron Paul only gives the answer "I didn't write them, that's my answer" and tries to move on.I think using who a person running for office has around them either way is bs. You guys realize these are politicians right they suround themselves with whatever agenda they are trying to push. It's sad that their being vote whores matters less than what who they are around means. I don't think RP is a saint but I really don't get why if he hated gays, blacks, Jews, whites or others,he can't just man up and say it. All this political pandering just makes me worry this guy will be buissness as usual. I keep hearing how he is a stick to his guns guy, but then everything bad he's done is explained away as oh he didn't know or that's not how he feels anymore. I don't know it just seems like the same damn thing we have now. I'm not Paul bashing just pointing out some huge problems I see on this new pseudo messiah just like I saw with Obama.
Again, so what if he is/was racist?
No person is perfect. We all have our own character flaws, and it takes a sociopath to deny that. Ron Paul is no Messiah. He is just a smart guy with good intentions and a clear record of honesty.
