Defcom's 2x600w in 4x4 GrowLab, PKxTW cooler DWC medical grow

might go lights off for 48-72 hours... i should be able to be objectional on the difference as i am going to cut a top off at the very point that the lights would kick on, and view the differences...

ive got the time, so im not too bothered. i think one more night of light, then dark for 72 hours...
 
well my 4x8 growlab has arrived, and i felt motivated and put it up. originally i was going to wait until my cycle was done to shift things around but since i want to do my choppin on my glass desk i rearranged things. i hope i didnt bust a nut sliding my 4x4 tent with the full reservoir (25gal) across the carpet. its not the final way everything is going to be, the 4x4 is going on the other side of the room so it will be facing the door when i walk in, but the big tent is where its gonna be, which is right by the window. i think im getting a couple portable AC units because the AC units in here are bullshit.

i would just like to declare that i love grow tents. i had that one put together within an hour, and even in a cramped room it wasnt difficult getting the shell around the frame.

i think i paid like $340 for that growlab on ebay.
 
Damn bro...Michigan grow stores trying to make a big buck off the legal thing I guess...I got my 120 for $260 at my local shop.
 
harvest seems to be at least a few days out still, time is crawling by. whoever had previously said they still had plenty of time was right. i am going to have to go backtrack over my last journal and see what the time length was again. i do remember it seems like all of a sudden it was like just a little bit of amber trichs then they blew up... i still have a very very small amount of clear heads as of yesterday morning when i chopped a chunk off... wish this would hurry up, but now i am glad i put a small amount of nutes and liquid karma in the water a few days ago.
 
KK, so as of today i am at day 60, and i went back and checked my last journal, and i harvested at 67, but it was pretty late and made me sleep hard... gonna see whats happenin in a couple days, and it should be good to go... hi def picture update... just snapped off some quick ones...

i just lowered the ec, i was trying to push it a bit too hard... i did get a very good idea of the limits this plant cant take, and know exactly where it needs to be for flower now. in my opinion some little burn like that isnt a huge issue, as long as N tox isnt deforming the leaves. if i remember correctly i was trying to see how it was responding to 2.0ec, it did not like it. i think i backed off down to about 1.2-1.4 for a few days by water addition, then normalized on the next reservoir change around 1.5ec... ideally until late in flower i think 1.4-1.5 is best for this plant. late in flower i think dropping to 1.5-1.6, during weeks 6 and 7 is good...
 
now that ive got my new tent i have to make some concrete decisions on what system im going to employ. i am digging dwc in coolers, but was thinking i could rock a perpetual easily in the 4x8 with nft tracks... almost time to build...

yea, its all tough decisions, i was even thinking flooded tables, because they seem to be pretty easy. then again so is dwc though, dwc is easy and i know it... so who knows...
