Deficiency, light burns or both?

Will do! Will more than likely just water with ro and tribus and give it a couple days to see if they have taken any residual nutes from the flush left behind and then move on from there with feeding 1/4 strength on the nutes.
Well, just saying what I would do....

I would order the soil pH meter.

I would FEED them at a pH of 7.5 when they are ready for the next watering. Plenty of runoff (this will help adjust the pH and get rid of old salts) and I mean plenty, think of it like a flush, get a lot of runoff. Over watering is not waiting for the soil to dry between waterings so you will be fine, just wait until the soil is dry and ready to water before feeding. I say this because they are starved from the pH lockout. Tribus is always good, you want to build up a good population in the rootzone. Add a little molasses to feed them. If you put some (like a couple mL) tribus in a bucket with a couple gallons of nutrients with some 4 or 5 tablespoons of molasses and an airstone, let it bubble away and in about 36 - 48 hours you will have a couple gallons of tribus. You cant overdo tribus.

I would watch the new growth for improvement. If the pH adjustment is close then you will see instant improvement on the new growth as the plants will be more able to access the nutrients.

I I'll take your route and do just that with tonights watering. Looks like I gotta make a run to water company and grab me a few more 5 gals of water. Going to be a long night but we'll worth it. Thanks

Also, I didn't catch what your canopy temperatures are running but keep in mind that with LED you need warmer canopy temperatures to make up for the lack of infrared light. If the leaf surface temps are too cool the plants grow very slowly. So once things are in order with the pH you want to keep those canopy temps up around 85 - 87 F without supplemental CO2.

With good feed and proper leaf surface temps you will notice immediate improvement on the new growth. Usually within a day or two. Don't let those lights off temps drop too much either, I prefer to keep lights out temps around 75, too cool and growth slows.

Good luck and happy growing. Keep us posted on how things go.

Thank you Renfro. Will get the Temps when the lights go one. I moved them up a bit seeing that some of my tops look like they were getting some light burn or so I think they are. I'll get you the measurements and Temps.

Make sure your thermometer is reliable, wouldn't wanna fry them. Also ease temps up if need be, like 1 degree F per day and watch your plants. But for sure get the feed situation in order before trying to accelerate growth. lol

Never said he had a calcium problem.
Then why did you bring it up.
You might as well said it like this
Actually it's calcium that LED growers sometimes require more of not mag.
why not say it like this
led users sometimes require more calcium so be on the look out for any signs of a calcium deficiency.

First watering since flush is tonight when my lights turn on. No Epsom Salts till the following water after this and just the tribus or should I start using the Epsom salt on this watering
Start on this watering. Microbes regulate the soil ph at the root surface. You dont need a soil ph meter. You just need to water in at 6.5. I wouldnt wait two more days to make a tea. You should really start foliar feeding mag as well but I digress

Hahaha . Yeah does sound like a lexus. It's the Electric sky es300 from the green sunshine company.
At 24 inches that light is way too close to the plants. Thats why the one in the corner isnt as jacked up like the rest of them. You need to look at what your problem is, what caused that problem and what needs to be done to fix that problem and your problem doesnt have anything to do with soil ph. You have microbes in the soil and thats not the problem either but more the merrier in this game since you flushed it and all. You should actually foliar feed some mag as well. Now I digress.

this is why dumbass
Heres the deal you have an led light and you need to up the mag...
Its calcium not magnesium that LED needs more of.

Whoa whoa! Weed is supposed to bring us together not the other way around. Oops I forget that only applies to the consumers. Lol

Hey Renfro,
Say i'm using a 50gal barrel to water my plants with. Would you add 1ml/g of trib, to nutrient mix and let it bubble for 36 - 48 hours. Then proceed to water? Or will i be treating the 50gal barrel as a strong mix of trib and pour part of that into my new mix?

Thanks

I would brew 5 mL tribus in 2 gallons of h2o with 1/4 cup sugars (ish) for 36 to 48 hours and monitor pH so it's doesn't drop too much, should end up thicker and tan like the bottle. Then dump that in the 55 gal mix tank. It's like adding massive doses.

Your plants are suffering from multiple deficiencies; as suggested you need to get a handle on your pH, both in terms of what you're putting in and in terms of your medium.

Also, as noted, you are short on Mg, among other elements, and while the Mg is not going to be the cure all to your problem, for the future you could easily foliar feed some Epsom ( I know it's in your mix; I use Jacks 321 as well) regardless of what your medium pH is, and your plants will absorb it.

According to the manufacturer of your light, you shouldn't have had an issue with the height you had it at, however I would reference their website and be sure you're hanging yours at an appropriate level.

Keep in mind your Promix BX has added vermiculite which is great at water retention; cannabis loves good drainage, so water appropriately knowing this fact.

Your plants are 3+ weeks into flower...this is the period where they are trying to pull the most, so all the back and forth feeds, then flushing, then just water, etc, are not helping them. Consistency is key here.

I hope you're able to get things squared away, but if nothing else take lots of notes and use this as a learning experience for the future. Good luck friend.

Sorry if I am digging up old thread....but saw you talking about tribus and value your opinions on this stuff....so first question is tribus similar to mammoth p or serve a different purpose......

Second question as I am running mammoth p currently....could I also "breed" it or do the airstone molasses thing with it? To stretch it?
