Cut the molasses.
How often are you using cal mag?
Looks like you’re in flower. I would consider a different product for ipm in flower.

When using neem are you emulsifying it properly and spraying outside of direct sunlight?

I am using Cal Mag once a week. I am in flower now. I am using neem in the evenings when the sun is down. Do the plants look bad? Do you think they are fixable? Should I flush the plants?

CalMag once a week is ok, I wouldn’t go more. Most CalMag products have nitrogen in it which is better for veg-week4 of flower. You may want to consider a calcium carbonate product in late flowering stage. Higher calcium is important in late flower. This is probably not as big an issue as the look of your plants right now.
Let’s talk neem.

I would stop spraying neem oil. Neem oil in flower is not a good choice for pest/disease control/management. Tell me more about your neem oil sprays. How do you mix it before you apply it?

I don’t think “fixable” is the right word. The damage you see to your leaves is done. You can try to fix the course you’re in to a better point and have better yields than if you didn’t.
It’s ok where you are at. Cannabis is a constant learning curve. And even the most seasoned growers can run into issues. We are all students of the plant. It’s our willingness and diligence to continue to strive for a better run, a better understanding that sets us up for that next run/season and makes us better.

Aside from your issues, don’t beat yourself down! You’re in flower! That’s awesome! You made it through veg. Make it to the finish line now and take this run as a learning opportunity so that your next is better.

It takes passion and perseverance to grow good ganja.

I was advised to feed every time is this correct or should I feed once a week and water once a week on both my auto and non auto’s? I also just buy Neem concentrate from Home Depot and mix with water by the gallon as it says to do on the jug, I will stop it now though And thank you for the advice and responding I am very happy to get another opinion.

I’m also growing outdoors and it’s been 90’s to 100 degrees, with 50% humidity.

Also do you recommend spraying kelp to help the problem? I’m also using pro mix but not hp. I’m using the yellow and black bags and red and black bags.once again thank you for your time your advice is golden to me right now!

What is going on with my plants? I’m exhausted I’ve done and tried everything I can think of! We are having a heat wave and high humidity and it will be 100 degrees the next 3-4 days (I am growing outside). Any advice or help is appreciated I am so stressed. I’m thinking it might just be the heat and high humidity and I might lose everything. These are Auto’s

Keep ‘em well hydrated and if possible put a screen over them or move them out of direct sun during midday or until it cools off.

As above^^^ Get some sunshade screen material and make a cover for over the top. It lets some light through, but blocks a lot of it.
