Great day, the Pick 'n Mix seeds came in!

All 11 seeds came in perfect condition, nothing crushed. Each seed in a small zip lock flat bag, labled with the strain name and the number of weeks for flower. A piece of the original breeder's package in each bag as proof of authenticity. Perfect stealth and seed protection, the postal service would need a bouncing bowling ball to crush the seeds and when you look at the package and open the wrapping you think: "Did I order this? I didn't order this. What is this?".

My BubbleNow hash washing machine came in today. I ordered it on the 18th of March, 8 days delivery.

The BubbleNow is a high quality mini clothes washing machine with a BubbleNow sticker on it which doubles the price. And an essential working screen bag is included. The trim goes in the bag, zipper it up, fill the washer with cold water and ice, pop in the bag, run for 10 minutes, take the bag out, drain the water through a bubblebag set into a bucket, scape up hash off screens.

This machine works fantastic. I only had dry leaf on hand so I knew the hash would be green, but I was expecting mostly leaf with a few trichs - it was green but when I looked with a hand scope it was almost all trichs with a few specks of leaf here and there. I've read that hash is around 50/50 trichs/leaf but this seemed 98% trichs. I didn't even use ice, I just took a bucket outside and scooped up some snow.

The Elite order came in today: 21 days

Time: This was a mail-the-payment order to the US, 3 weeks isn't too bad. Canadian order to US; US seeds to Canada. How fucked up is that.

Stealth: Plain envelope with air mail sticker. I could feel the seed packing inside the envelope, customs obviously didn't care. Canada though, so long as you aren't smuggling cigarettes no one cares.

Seed Packing: Coroplast board - like the political lawn signs are made of - with the seeds in the center tube and Q-tips blocking either end. Q-tip pieces taped in the outside tubes for extra stregnth. Typical North American packing, I've gotten this from 3 other breeders. Safe and clandestine but not as pretty as their European counterparts.

Labeling: None. I hope it's what I ordered. I'd like to try all of Elite's strains so no big deal, but labeling would be nice. I did order only one strain, they may have thought labeling was unnecesary.

Notification of payment receipt: None.

Overall: I got my seeds. Rather quickly. I hope it's what I ordered.

Rating: Because of lack of: payment receipt notification and labeling I can regrettably give this order only 7 thumbs up! But I'm damn happy. Good stuff.

The hash pressing screen I ordered from Bubbleman came in yesterday, still waiting on the grinder and hash press.

hobbes how long did it take elite to get back to you to start your order? I mean I know you email tell them what you want then they tell you bout payment. I have wrote them twice in the last week with no response. Trying to get the white bx. That is the crazy stuff I have ever seen. Except for NY albino.

The response was within hours, overnight at the most. A small operation, if he went on vacation for a week he's shut down. I wouldn't worry, he's well established.

Both the Flo and Taiga from the Pick n Mix order sprouted within 36 hours, they're spreading their cotyledons in the veg room.

hobbes thanks for the peace of mind. Maybe he is just busy. As far as the white effects and smoke report no info sorry. Honestly I just looked through his photos and saw it and thought damn that has more trichs on it than any other thing I have seen. I want a male. Looks like it would be used well as a cross to increase resin.

what bag set do you need to buy for your machine hobbes? what is the consistency of the hash like when its done in that machine?

You don't have to worry about the seeds from Elite. I have some friends that ran his gear many times and it is always top notch. The Lemon Larry OG is out of this world! I placed an order with him two weeks ago and I am a bit worried because he seems to have vanished. Not replying to threads on his boards and not responding to emails which he always did within a few hours. Hopefully LEO didn't get him.

I belong the board Hobbes referenced and have seen Elite posting as late as yesterday. I'm gonna pick up some of his gear myself. And for what it's worth I'm subscribed to another thread here at RIU where the guy received his Elite beans on Tuesday (took about 3 weeks). I'm sure he'll come through for you. Lemon Larry is the shit!

Having the same problem. Been trying to get in touch with him for another order for a week now. Emailed him, pm'd him here. No reply at all.

I've got a 3 bag, 1 gallon set. I'm still learning to make hash, I don't know how much better the 8 bag set makes hash.

Plyable like putty, very sticky. Looked green when wet but when dried over night turned into a medium blond. I scoped it with a 100X loup and it looked mostly trichnomes and heads with the odd speck of green. The machine did a much better job than I thought it would. I saved the leaf, I'm going to run it again to see if any trichs were left.

If you make hash (and are lazy like me) you want one of these machines, even if you don't know it yet.

My Pollen Press came in yesterday: ordered March 18, delivered April 1 ~~ 14 days.

I ordered an aluminum press and got a steel one. The quality is fantastic, $12 CAD delivered. I like these guys.

I ordered an XXL 4 part grinder a day later, 3 1/2" circumference. Hopefully that'll get here tomorrow.

I should mention that I've been seeing some slight hermieing in 2 of the 3 feminized strains I've flowered.

Strawberry Cough by Dutch Passion hermied very mildly the first time I grew it, a couple of bunches of bananas here and there. I'm on my 3rd grow, 2 with clones, and I'm not seeing any hermieing this grow. Almost none last grow, none this.

Red Diesel by Barney's Farm is another story, first time in my garden and growing in the same RDWC as 2 Strawberry Cough clones. About 7 weeks into flower. I picked 2 or 3 dozen bunches of bananas off last night, the first time I checked it close and noticed how wide spread the bananas were. I've picked it pretty much clean and I'll wait to see how fast the bananas grow back, if they're a problem I'll spray with DM Reverse. I've got 5 other strains growing now and the Red Diesel mother and clone are the only plants with bananas.

Suprisingly Blueberry by Dutch Passion was perfect, not a single banana on the mother or any of the clones. I figured it would be the sensitive one.

I'm becoming disenchanted with S1s, instability seems to be becoming a trend.

PNM dont ship ozzzie anymore customs is too strict... which sux cos i ws waiting on a rather big order that i fear customs have again dammit.... they were gonna resend but then decided to refund.. this shit is fucked guess i gotta find another bank..

That sucks Jester, I've had 3 orders not come through now and it's stuffing up my continual harvest plans.
So 2 weeks ago I made 2 small orders, 1 from Nirvana and 1 from Seedsman, as both have always delivered to me before.
If they dont come I'm going to try Pick and Mix which I think you have recomended before.
Failing that I'll just have to breed some more seeds and be happy with what I have. Was really looking forward to some Indica strains too.
