Diagnose leaf twisting

Hey all, i've grown a few times with reasonable results. This time around i'm seeing a new problem.
The leaves are twisting on one of them and it may be starting on another. And they droop.
I don't think it's pests (mites), but will find my magnifier later and look again.
Ph might be an issue based on runnoff measurement which was about 5.5. Soil tested at just over 6. I do adjust water as i have always done since it is a bit high, but probably need to stop that.
I'm also wondering if possibly the soil is retai g water too long.

Soil is Fox farms potting soil
Nutes are also ff (happy frog) 6-4-5 gp
I added sone to the soil based on instructiona for a new pot, and a little top dress later. Smsll amount overall.
Lighting is mix of CFL and newly added LED. LED is not a grow type, but quit bright.
Water is store bought mineral water. My water is on a well and has too much bicarbonate.
Temps are a lttle high but they have been ok before 75 - 82.
Humidity is 40 - 60.
Help appreciated.

Too much light and too much nitrogen. Add some cal mag. Back off all nutrients. The soil has enough stuff in it at this point in its life.

Lower 25% off current ec/ppm for regular waterings. Yes! flush 50% runoff, need to rinse the crap out of media and rebalance. I’d go plain phed water and check runoff’s ec/ph make sure not messed up, if so flush till it’s good. Proper ph and lowered ec. Lower the better till next feed / water

just my opinion

So I raised the lights snd gave them a little flush then gave cal-mag. Question is, if they get better will the leaves recover or should I be watching the new growth?

Don’t add cal mag again for a week or two. Stay on water. KISS. If a plant is unhealthy, water is always before adding nutrients. Keep us updated. Good luck bro

Wait for the light issue to resolve then address the nutrients. Don’t stress it too much ya know? Little lady is already having it rough. Keep ya water at 6.5 and keep the light low for a while.

Not really sure about the light issue. Others are not looking bad. But the one looks like nitrogen OD.

Do you have a fan blowing directly on them or is air current hitting the leaves directly? Color looks good. I don’t see any thing pointing to a calcium or magnesium deficiency.

I’m thinking it’s environment related.

The reason it hasn’t recovered from nute burn is “little flush and Calmag”
So you basically blasted again with nitrogen
Just stop it
Flush it with more than a little then wait
The whole problem appears to be patience
