28th December...
That's them 4wks old today and they're doing well/better I'm pleased with their progress.
The camera's colour can change the appearance
The slh side project has a more noticeable difference today.
#1 slow... lvtk/bd is catching on now I'll give it a few more days and put it back into 12-12.
Idk if being slow makes them inherently poor I've never made that connection, I've always given them fair chance.
Even in the worst circumstances.
It irks me to this day that I didn't snap a photo of the remaining ± 3mm of root the situation was too urgent I thought, the green on the broken piece might give some indication of how little was left, based on this I've wondered if damping off seedlings could be saved by simply cutting and rooting the top of the affected plant, I've not had the opportunity to try it but naturally I would if it happens?
I've started feeding to run off again every 2nd day from the top, on the alternate day I flood the tray and excess drains into the jug.
Although it's not going through the coco it should still leach out salts via osmosis?

August 16th Re vegging king gelato #2... I'm expecting this little gem to be 1st off the mark. The artistic side of me surfacing :-) It's going to be busy in there for a couple of weeks. But that's future problems I'll deal with them as i go :bigjoint:

I've confirmed I've deffo two blockbuster males yeh!!
I'm going to take the opportunity to collect pollen then I'll trim them back and put them into vegging hrs.
It's seems getting pollen now is the least dangerous time maybe in future I'd flip mothers about 2/3wks ago or just whatever so the timing suits.
If you've any doubts about them being male then share it with me?

1st January... 8/10" tall.
Changed timer 11-13 hrs, 30 mins less morning and night.
I potted the seeds up today so that's 31 day's after planting, 24 day's 12-12
I switched on the led after I re potted them its running circa 450w at 4ft (25/28k lux) and I've a 150w tube heater for a bit heat to help with the transition from HID.
Idk what's up with my exo its a bit yellow?
I've the option of a freshly rooted clone but I'm fairly sure it'll be fine in a few days?

Some plants are still 8/9" the meltdown is 14" they're the tallest.

Those K0rps beans the lemon cherry. I tried two off his vintage Afghan Vietnamese but both ended up males,still have a few. All I know is started it in window sill and at 10 days stunk the whole kitchen up. I threw em outside and on windy days would just skunk smell the whole yard,was getting worried from neighbors,lol.4th January (35 days)

Hey bud, that vintage Afghan Vietnamese sounds interesting i hope you have better luck with the rest of the seeds, tbf k0rps makes some great crosses I was delighted with his grape fog and lemon cherry gelato.
I'm growing his Slh (Francos cut) x rainbow belts this time
I'm flowering K0rps lemon cherry gelato S1 again (clone)
It's a tasty smoke, yeilds reasonable and it's ready in 55 days ±.

In old money that's 1.5"+ Slh has grown since yesterday
Meltdown and a couple of others are much the same growth rates, just some random pic's...

Hey bud, I had 5 regular seeds left from London city and 1 female clone of blockbuster from a previous run, I've 2 blockbuster fems and 2 males now.
I might pollinate a branch of the original blockbuster to give more bb seeds for future to fall back on.
Apologies for the pics bud I can never get them clear?
I moved the males into a different tent last week I think I'm going to be collecting pollen anytime.

6th January...
They're getting established now and they seem quite happy.
The sour tangie has grown 2"+ since yesterday and some others 1/1.5" of growth.
While I was there I lowered the light by about 6" (30k lux ±)
While that's good there's a bit of a gap opening up between the tallest and shortest....the #2 blockbuster fem isn't a huge plant and the slh side project is only circa 10" and fair bit behind it's sister's in terms of maturity?
Take it easy folk's

A little update on the slh side project.
The test plant is very healthy it's growing away but at a reduced rate its behind its sister's.

You might remember it was a fractionally tallest when I 1st trimmed it (15th Dec) let's see what happens?
I've moved them for the best fit.
The clones I moved in need a bit time to transition from T5s they're not really perked up yet but they're OK.
The exo mum (front 2nd from right) is on the mend its looking better it only needs a few more days.
The test plant is very healthy it's growing away but at a reduced rate its behind its sister's.
