If it's about why I usually don't air cool hoods in freezing/cold climates l, let me explain:
In a sealed GR, if the source air is freezing(like how it gets where I live in the winter), it can make the hoods rain from condensation, even with RH levels around 40% within the room. Been there, done it many times. I NO LIKEY.
In a regularly ventilated room, if the outside air is that cold, why air cool lights? Set it up rite, you don't need to,IMO.
When outside temps are cool/cold, hell, even Stevie wonder could setup and pull off a good crop
