Dispensary Clone

Hello, I am pretty new to growing, I recently bought a Banana Split clone from a dispensary in town. Now this being my first time growing I have looked up a bunch about how to do it and what to lookout for and do. I am not to sure on what to do right now though. The plant has new growth coming in and I've noticed it was a little lime green so I was thinking maybe a nitrogen deficiency? But I am not to sure and wanted to ask some pros for advice. I am also noticing one of the new fan leafs it almost wrinkling and not coming straight out? Another thing is that I'm not sure how old the plant may be but it has just about 10 nodes, I have also only had it just about 4 days now. My light is the MarsHydro TS 600W, It's about 19 inches from the plant recommended was 18. FoxFarms Ocean Forest soil, no nutes yet only watered once with pH 6.5, Fabric Pot, Temp avg, 70-75°. Humidity avg 60-70%.

New growth is often line/very light green. I’m not too sure about the “crinkling”, but it just looks like a little bit of funky growth possibly.

It is still just a plant, so it’s going to have a few flaws! It’s hard not to baby them when you first start growing, but that’s really where a lot of problems arise. Let it do it’s thing, it knows what it’s doing :)
The soil you’re using is great, I’m using it now. You don’t have to worry about using nutrients until way later with that soil. It’s very “hot”.

Be sure not to over water, that’s a common new grower mistake. Lift the pot and when it’s way lighter than you think it should be, that’s when you water. Maybe every 3-5 days.
I could be wrong but it looks like you might have just watered it?

Also, look up a deficiency chart! A lot of good info there.
You really should be fine with that soil for a while, so don’t go adding a bunch of nutrients to it until you know for SURE that it needs it

Yeah I watered 2 days ago but the dirt is still pretty moist. I just wanna make sure I do everything correct the best way possible. I really don't wanna mess it up later down the road and lose all the hard work.

They look great . Just remember they are in a transitional period from clone to independent plant. Like mentioned before the plant will eat evytime you water in fox farm soil. So try to get a nice feeding regiment, maybe this age , every 3 to 4 days . Not sure how big your pot is or how much power your using . But I’d top it early Cuz clones stretch fast Especially Ogs, it’ll allow lower branches too catch up to the main top. . happy growing!

Your plant is definitely not Nitrogen deficient. Take the plant out of the tent and take a picture of it (or right at lights out) with your flash on, the plant probably looks pretty different in natural light. It already looks pretty green under the tent light.

Do you have any heaters, fans, humidifiers on that side of the plant? Looks like physical/environment damage to me.

Not really I've been able to manage getting good temps just by my room temp, I have a humidifier in there but it's not directed at the plant. I also manage temp by having a fan above my light so it's blowing around the tent but it's only a slight breeze but the time it gets to the plant.

Your second photo has leaf burn ....lights were to close or to warm of air but I have had that countless times looks like burn plastic (crinkling) .

I am fairly sure that's one of your issues it's possible it happened on the clone guys end to depending how long you have had them .

A slight breeze from an oscillating fan at the base of the plant will promote strong stem growth too. Your plant looks healthy other than the one minor flaw. Just keep an eye on it and keep up the good work.

I’m not an expert and it’s hard to see on this phone but clones are weird and can look od early .. once u get the foliage and root growth they will bounce back ... I have had clone that looked ten times worse and they take like 2 weeks and they are monsters just off fox farm soil light watering .. ran clones since 2010 .., trust me
