im making a grow box designed for the first 3 to 4 weeks of 4-5 seedlings lives (they're going outside til harvest after). the box is around 25inx20in, ill be using 4 23w CFL bulbs (or 1 bulb per plant) and the box has good ventilation. should i put the lights 3 inches away from the seedlings?
distance from lights to seedlings?

not sure with cfl light but with my flueroscent t5 tubes i put them around 4in. away from seedlings and move the light up when they get to close
