Correction :
Difference is not just 2-2.5 °C ....
At calculations fans are set at their typical operational voltage ..48 V ...
In real life measurements ,I had them running at 39 V ..
So real difference should be couple degrees more ...
3-5 °C ...(lower ,than calculated... )
Wow...
That's quite a "deviation" ,from theoritical calculations ....
But still ...I measure led case/mcpcb (where they "meet ") to be 16-17° C above ambient ....
...
That means that Tj is ~18-20°C ,above ambient ?
If Ambient temp is i.e 20° C ,then Tj is ~40°C ...???
Is that possible to be happening with that box-fan-heatsink-mcpcb design ?
