The kit comes as is, or you can purchase (board, driver, heatsink) what you want and how you want it. If you are having a hard time deciding then go with a kit (easiest solution for most people) but if you follow the LED crowd and know how to match boards to drivers and want true customization then buying each part is the way to go.Quick question!
I'm getting ready to get my hands (if i'm quick enough) on a 260w kit.
I assume you can chose spectrum, and correct me if i'm wrong but for flowering and perhaps some minor veg the best spectrum will be 3000k right?
But my main question is if I can choose the driver for this kits or when you buy them you get a specific one with the ideal mA, like 1.4mA or whatevs?
I mean, i saw what robin wrote before about most of the 304 3000k going to 260w kits with 1050mA but I was just wondering if you can choose.
As you can see I don't want to miss even a second to make the purchase and If I can choose I was wondering what the ideal mA will be, and if cant', then it doesn't matter hahaha.
Also I got confused since the video posted on the site showing the kit review showed the a 2100 driver
Based on your questions I would suggest you get the kit, yeah 3000K would probably be best, similar color rendering as HPS
