how big a pump is in that?and whats the air coming out of(stone, tubing etc.) it looks like youve got a really good flow of air for just the 1 air line going in.

Those Spider air defusers they sell for dwc work the nuts.
i think @legallyflying tested some cheap ones vs pricey ones wit his D.O. meater and found the cheap ones work as good or better for dissolved o2 . but the spider looks awsome....
I use party cups, soak soil well push in the bean and cover with a piece
of plastic wrap secured with a rubber band.
I have also used Doc's method with paper towel plastic bag and a cd case.
That works well also.
Basically the water transfers gas at the interface with air (the top 1/100th of an inch)
so any lg column of water will pick up o2 you just have to keep it moving.

i have the gang valve already just need to pick up some more 4in stones. The pump is 951 gph and is twice what i need but more air is better than not enough. next year we plan to use a 275 gallon tank to brew our tea. I cant fucking wait
i will be happy to swap 275 gal recipies someday over some phattys at my place or yours...

i priced the tank the other day and is going to run $175. i want to use a septic tank pump on it what do you use? i put 30 gallons on them yesterday and it put the overnight grow on them

i also use a 1/3 hp septic pump . flojet home depot job . i am doing a grid of pvc for my new bubbler that fits the bottom .
