That yellow is from lack of healthy light. They’ll need a deeper soil base but if you just transplanted them, doing it again to a seedling could kill it unless you have secret surgeon hands.

From where you’re sitting I’d give them 1-2 weeks in that soil and hope they root out, but they’ll probably grow weird since they have no depth to reach for. Sideways or really short and start bushing. For reference a seedling can tap the bottom of a solo cup in 2 weeks easy.

after 1-2 weeks once they’re green leaves and vibrant I’d move to a 1 gallon. If you make it that far they’ll actually love the transplant and boom.

Also, no way to tell sex until way farther down the line. You need to see its sex organ to identify. They’re hard to miss and come during the 12/12 flip typically although I’ve seen large pistols on longer photo veg 10+ weeks
 
I'm visualizing sexing a seed now, thanks. Won't be able to sex until mature unless you force flower them. They will show sex after a week or so once you flip to 12 hour cycle. Once flipped if you think it's male give it some more time because some can be tricky. You have time.
