Does this mean flowering?

I had 3 plants growing on my window sill in tiny pots (for a bit too long so i think they got stunted) while i was waiting to get everything to finish my grow box. When i put them in for a day, two of them had pistils coming out of the upper nodes and one of them had little balls so I chucked it for fear of a male. They cant be flowering already can they? Its about 120w CFL.

Cool thanks dudes. I'm glad i took the other one out cause it was definitely a male.
I was just surprised cause they're still so small. But they're definitely old enough.

You sure you're not confused with whiteflours post? Cause i only posted one photo.

Heres another pic. The macro sucks on my camera. What i wanna know is: Is it now in the flowering stage? Should i have it on 12/12? It's currently on 20/4.

This is my set up. It's my first indoor grow box. Any suggestions?
Any reason why the one plant would grow way faster than the other?
