If it had enough room and attention and food and water it wouldn't cry or bark.. I'm going through the same thing I feel like murdering killing my neighbors or their dog on a daily basis ! I myself have a dog in our backyard he doesn't make a sound unlesd someone walk down the alley or drive down the alley behind my house. And if I lean out the window and call his name and tell him to shut up he shuts up! my neighbors also don't speak English so I haven't had a chance to ever talk to them. it's getting to the point where I'm considering drastic measures. that's all I'm going to say lol

I was watching it yesterday and it seems like it only does that for attention. One of the guys walked over to get his clothes from the clothesline and it fuckin' started up for 45 minutes after he left! Then just goes and lays down in the 6' x 6' space it's got. It's a big dog and that's definitely not enough space. I haven't seen it unchained the entire 3 days I've been watching it. That's gotta be illegal right? There are also a few other dogs over in another part of the yard that seem to be roaming much more freely than that dog.[/QUOTE]
