You should change your picture, you are no longer a native because you completely lost your culture. Residential schools beat our culture and spirituality out of us and you are a perfect example of that. Our ancestors knew a lot more truths than any christian ever could, would you agree? Or do you think it was for the greater good that christianity was so violently and disgustingly forced upon us?... I HATE seeing Native christians, it disgusts me, it shows that the residential schools have done their job on brainwashing our race... Religion is laughable. People are prepared to kill in the name of religious belief, yet all religions preach forgiveness and understanding. All religion is for, is that we may have a code of life to live by, not hijacking aircraft, be-heading western journalists, or stoning women. God (if there is one) didn't invent religion, it's man-made and it's the biggest crock of shit that the human race will ever be fooled by, apart from that David Blaine wanker.

When it comes to other peoples beliefs thats the only thing that really bothers me, Native christians. The fact that more than half of Canadian Natives are christian shows that the residential schools have successfully brainwashed us. If you dont know what a residential school is, its a christian school where they took children from every native family and sent them to live there to learn christianity, get raped and killed by priests, and make us forget our culture. Sixty years ago we werent even considered human beings, we were animals in need of training according to the church.

I understand as my island were also raped, pillaged, and brainwashed by the whiteman. It's been a constant struggle for me to reclaim any lost knowledge as my great-great grandparents were slaughtered by American soldiers while being called injuns, niggers, AND gooks. Everybody over the age of 11 were ordered to death. The rest were left to be victims of overzealous and aggressive American BOYS with the size and strength of men.
With all this, and being raised Christian, I have had to persevere and find truth.
Hate me if you will, but it is not the religion's fault nor the man who inspired it that caused native gentrification. It's the white man's constant desire for conquest and they'll use anything as a tool to continue their global take over without looking like "bad guys." Unfortunately, the beautiful philosophy of Yeshua of Nazareth has unjustly become one of those tools.

We had our own natural remedies and thats all we needed because we had very few diseases. It was only when the filthy diseased Europeans stepped off their disgusting boats and onto our land is when we became "sickly" like you say. The only thing I have against christianity is its corruption. Theres slivers of truth in christianity and most other religions, metaphorical and literal truth, but christians take everything word-for-word and blindly follow the bible. So they blindly follow the rules that were obviously man made and corrupted and used to control peoples minds as well.
