Just because Maine doesn't have much issues with mites outdoors ( none the less russet mites ) doesn't mean these guys are hacks. It means they are on the front lines battling a new form of pest to MJ industry.
I'm sure if these pests ever migrate to the east we'll all be thankful this information is available.
Think about that next time before dising on some obviously very experienced growers that are trying thier hardest to save all thier hard work.

@doublejj - I liked the garlic spray idea. Marinade

I'm gonna hold off spraying any more forbit. It seems to have worked, & even though I wore a respirator, after 3 straight days of exposure I'm feeling an allergic reaction to something. I can't say for sure it's from forbid but my allergies have been in a fit for several days, I'm feeling a bit under the weather. I'm not really bad sick, but I can tell my body is fighting something...I'm gonna give it a brake..I'll spray with azatrol in a few days..
On the flip side I don't see any progression of the mites up the plants onto the un-effected buds...

Yeah, I think it might just be allergies. I didn't want to point a finger at forbid, but I did want to mention it...
PC I would still strip all the lower branches that had mites off the plants anyway...

We are just pulling all the dead leafs and any branches that have no potential of coming back (wich isnt very many) the green house is looking a lot better last night I sprayed the outside plants we shall see what happens

Hi guys Ive tried every type of mite killing remedy available from azo to dr doom to 100% Co2 saturation and all with some affect but nothing substantial that works. I ended up after battling the bastards for months giving in and clearing out my rooms and starting over from scratch. However my bud at my local grow shop Grow Big Hydroponics has come across some pretty amazing stuff burns the legs off the mites and turns the eggs black! Not sure what he's calling the product because I haven't had to get it yet but I've seen it in action at a buddies house and its simply amazing you need to fog it to get everywhere but I've never seen a better product for mites. He wants to manufacture it there at his shop and start selling it soon.Its all natural essential oils stuff and the plants actually like it. Check it out if you need it and give him a call

good luck with that I would stay away from anything systemic cause thats some nasty stuff give Mike a call at Grow big Hydroponics in Machesney Park IL his stuff works even though its not technically on the market the stuff is amazing!

Not yet the only way to get it is thru Mike. They are getting things together to manufacture on a large scale but if you got mites now and need it now he has some ready to go. I've tried them all and this stuff is amazing bro. Just trying to save you money time and stress

I pretty much thru with spraying for mites this season, I'll turn my attention to bud worms now...Next season is another issue though. Go tell Mike there's a huge market for his magic elixir out west & get off his ass and manufacture this stuff and get Rich!!.....

Oh he knows he's got dollar signs in his eyes and is investing his own $ into it I'm gonna go out there here in a few hours and talk to him about it and see where he's at on it.
