Hey hey hey ... and here we go again!
The 4x smart pots got watered earlier today with some Fish/Shrimp hydrolysate that I made 5 weeks ago to get the pots ready for the transplant. And the blumats were filled with water and were soaking awhile!
The 4 girls are doing great after i reduced the frequency I watered them. And the 2 girls that were topped are also responding amazingly. The girls got potted and the blumats were setup.
From top left clockwise (group shot then singles):
1-Pineapple express mystery, 2-Tangerine dream mystery #1, 3-Tangerine dream mystery #2 and 4-Habanero pepper (as you can see I dropped the last pineapple mystery) and I'll keep this 4th pot for companion plants and some pest deterrents perhaps and N fixing for next cycle and ill circulate another pot in this N fixing companion plants etc xycle and maybe always have only 3 Canna plants. Will see.
I also pulled out my scrog screen to see if I could put it up ... I just need those girls to stretch enough in the next 2 weeks as they got 12-18 inches to the screen.

Hey hey ... weekly update:
Group shot first showing the girls doing very well since the transplant and theyre greener than ever. The 2 in the back (left: Pineapple express mystery; right: Tangerine dream mystery#1) that were topped are branching out nicely. I can visualize them under the scrog screen alread hah ;-)

The tangerine dream mystery #2 (bottom right) got topped above the 7th node today as ya can see in the following shot.
I then watered the 4 pots (the 4th having the habanero and cover crop) with 6 liters of water with 70mls of fish/shrimp/dates hydrolysate that I made. I then swapped the 350w cobs LED with about 525w of quantum LED ... the light is diffused much better with the quantum and you can see it in the pics compared to the first one. Its 3000k spectrum so thats why its a bit yellower than the first shot!.

Happened to have a minute to check on the girls and was shocked to see how much they grew! They were more than ready for the scrog screen so I put it up. Then I realized I didnt add more drippers like I wanted to. So I added 2x drippers to the 3 already in each pot for a total of 5 drippers per maxi blumat in each pot!. The girls must have loved the seafood meal they got ... though I could tell they are experiencing a bit more N than theyd like with the scattered eagle claws here and there. Nonetheless all is looking lush and all 3 girls showed sex already ... all females (remember theyre all mystery seeds). Group shot then singles from top left clockwise:

Weekly update:
Today I flipped the lights to 12/12 and this means tomorrow Feb 11th marks day 1 of flowering!
The screen is filling in nicely and wow are the girls green ... I'll have to post a make up photo soon though.

Weekly update end of week 1 (day 7) of flowering:
I had to be away from my girls for 6 days and when i returned they were over a foot tall (first shot). I attempted rerouting some of those branches but some are too thick and i managed to break one off the bottom right girl (TD mystery #2) (second shot). So i guess this scrog screen is gonna help with LST and I will let them grow with some training (last shot) ... but dam that too much stretching for a week. I shut off all the red lights and turned on the 350w 4000k mixed with the 3000k quantum boards at 500w. Hopefully this will help limit the stretch.

Thanks buddy ... this is my therapy man ... the growing and the light building and learning curves etc ... more so than the smoking (therapy wise) ... ya know what i mean?? Not that the smoking isnt helping hah god knows what my life would be like if it hadnt for mj :-)

End of 2nd week of flowering (day 14) weekly update:
As ya can see theyre stretching like crazy especially the 2 tangerine dream mysteries (right 2). I raised the lights up to at least a ft above.
Top dressed with 1/4 cup of each of Espoma tomatoes tone and Maxi Crop Kelp meal. Sprayed them with my essential oils mix.

Quick update (day 16 of flowering):
Girls are still stretching dang it lol but they're putting on some flowers which means the stretch should stop soon and just go up in flower height.... each pot of the 4 pots got 1/2 gal of compost/ewc/kelp (great white) tea which brew for about 36h.

End of week 3 (day 21) of flowering weekly update:
Girls stretched some more (mainly the 2 TD mysteries on the right.
I raised the light to the highest level i can and its about a foot from the tips of the colas.
The red lights (deep red, far red and infrared) were all turned on and the white light was crancked up by another 10% to a total of 650w (following growmau5 quantum canopy spectrum mix) from 525w of only white!
The girls are developing their buds now and its very obvious and im starting to see some frost in the leaves and ariund the flowers. I hope this is it as far as stretching goes. Regardless, ill know for next run that the scrog screen is kinda a must for the set up i got unless i plan on training the girls well initially!.

End of week 4 (day 2

of flowering weekly update:
The girls are doing great and are (and have been) on autopilot. The stretch as stopped and theyre now putting on some flower bulk .. only now starting to produce trichomes. So no smell as of yet. Since I'll be gone for more than 2 weeks, I hooked up the stink filter and filled the 100L reservoir to the top and lets just hope those are enough til im back :-)
