You shouldn't let your coco dry out like that. What are your typical temps? Might be too cold, and not enough feedings.Im experiencing. The same thing not as droopy im in straight coco transplanted from solo cups with tons of roots. Im using a optic 650 i just got 2 wks ago set 24 inches away at 60 percent power on the whites which is the the reccomendation. They were under t5s loving life with the same feed .I will switch to 25 percent and see if that helps. Ive never had a issue with coco been growing trees for 2 yrs in this medium any led growers in here with some knowledge of this. Its gotta be light stress. Im in plastic. Pots with geolite on bottom. The first week the 2 gal pots were watered through. Let them dry out until they were light then re watered last night After a week or so. Because i thought they were overwatered ,and they looked a tad better but they are starting again. Its a slight droop. Ive noticed purpleing under some plants leaves also. 1 looks like a phosphorus def but mainly look over watered. Temps got down to 57 a few night from a cracked window. But thats resolved and ime that wouldnt do much. A quarter of the gals look fine but most are not where i expected. Ppms 650 ph 5.8 plants are a foot or bigger with established root systems thanks to photosynthesis plus. So yea led growers only please im not a nub. Been doin this for 6 yrs dont need basic info, this seems like an advanced issue. Thanks in advance fellas.
a few cold night maybe but. The feedings and watering is not the culprit. do you run high powered led? Typically 75 high and 57 was the lowest rrecordedYou shouldn't let your coco dry out like that. What are your typical temps? Might be too cold, and not enough feedings.
Yes, I use 5050 high powered diodes. I would get your temps up, and not let your coco go so long between feedings.a few cold night maybe but. The feedings and watering is not the culprit. do you run high powered led? Typically 75 high and 57 was the lowest rrecorded
Have you been growing in coco long? I've been growing in coco for close to 10 years now, and I assure you that there are much better ways to irrigate your coco than hand watering and letting your coco dry out. I water 3 or 4 times a day in flower, and my root mass is solid. Coco is a hydroponics medium after all.So i dropped the light way down to 25 percent at 24 inches and everthing looks normal. The leds are stronger than i expected temps are. Stable at 70 ive always let my coco dry out Till its noticeably lighter or till the top inch is dry never had. An issue i hand water always, when you keep the medium wet. the roots dont need to look for water which will make them not grow as fast, thanks 4 your time tho
Always the problem these days....So i dropped the light way down to 25 percent at 24 inches and everthing looks normal. The leds are stronger than i expected temps are
