But if you just use a 220 you wont get a melting hash, it will burn more like a powdery leaf mixture. I don't think a 220 hash with a lot of leaf material in it is going to press very well either?
The guy in the video didn't seem to have any problem pressing his, and neither do I.But if you just use a 220 you wont get a melting hash, it will burn more like a powdery leaf mixture. I don't think a 220 hash with a lot of leaf material in it is going to press very well either?
Wait 21 grams of dank turned into 12 grams of hash? thats more than 50% crystals. That's crazy.
We pulled 42 grams in less then an hour from our saved trimmings using less then $15 of dry ice.I've ran multiple "tests" with my first batch of dry ice hash. It's great. A little pinch of the wonderful powder smokes much better than a chunk of bubble. I'm never making bubble hash again. Thank you RIU.
I'm tellin ya man....I tried the wet way 1 time and it was such an unnecessarily long process that was very very messy and produced a disappointingly low yield that I didn't even do a 2nd wash. I just freezer bagged the whole damn mess and made butter with it over the weekend. I think this is simply an evolution in simple and effective hash making....wet bubble hash was nice but now dry ice hash - oh my wordWe pulled 42 grams in less then an hour from our saved trimmings using less then $15 of dry ice.
Like you, I will never do bubble again.
It's so easy a southerner could do itI finally did a batch with my trimmings last night. I will never do the wet method again either. I will let anything I plan to hash dry before do it. My hash feels a lot wetter than I wanted.
So am I making a mistake keeping my hash patties in folded paper? I've checked them all daily to inspect for any moisture and all seems to be ok but if I need to throw 'em on some cardboard for a few days and let it breathe to make sure it doesn't go bad on me or anything then I'll get 'er done....whatch'ya think guy?It didn't make much sense to dry it before I did the wet method so i would freeze trimmings immediately, so I just used what I had already frozen rather than unfreeze it and dry it.
I've always left my hash out too. I would place it on cardboard to dry and it would stay there until it was used. I left all the dry ice hash sitting on cardboard as well. Next time I will dry my trimmings before hand.
