Durban Poison from clone deipsensary in Colorado

Picked up Durban Poison from LaContes clone bar in Denver

Wondering if anyone has experience with this strain, and particularly from Denver area....

Pretty awesome buying clones from a shop!! Love it..

What the hell does Durban taste like?!

I have no idea, probably tried it before and will recognize it when she matures.. Right now I am just guessing.

The guys at the shop say its unmistakable and SUPER stinky.. That can mean a lot of different smells. I also saw that it smells like anise and licorice, which is weird for a super stinky plant to smell like that IMO

the last durban I picked up from the collective up in the mtns was very jack leaning. If you have ever tasted J-1 you would know exactly what it tastes like. I don't really know how to describe it, some say spicy but it is tasty IDK lololol. Too many drinks son.

The durban poison is some of the best smoke in the world though if done right.

Well I am not sure who has the "real durban" or what it is supposed to represent. It would be like getting a cut of gsc, so many different phenos with similarities but most are from bagseed.

You might want to keep your head in the bag if it is anything like the one I picked up. The smell alone feels intoxicating.

A friend of mine gave me 15 seeds from a grower in Northern Cal. Five of them are Durban Poison. They're only 6 inch seedlings right now - just hoping for them to be mostly female. I won't anything about it until I harvest the day before Christmas...

Think of a tropical citrus/fruity sativa smell.

Not terribly potent smoke but its a very nice focus enhancer with sime nice sativa affects

Fast acting stone, not a creeper.

About what I've been reading and hearing.

I can kinda picture her.. Just as long as she stinks and has trichs

Being able to have a well known and proven sativa around will be kick ass

Had some in the late 90s, not only smelled like black licorice but tasted like it too. Fast for a sativa, nice day timer.

i think it would be the same one i run from 2000 in bc . its great kind of like sweet tarts and candy . or the smell of halloween candy in a bag .... can be a amazing/ kinda disorenting high with thcv thats in there..
i love it for doing things and morning smoke..
