be very careful here. for one, sometimes novice growers mistake one for the other. it is probably not both. honestly i'm not even sure which one it is could you please post a couple more pictures of other problem leaves? magnesium deficiency can be caused by too much potassium in the soil, but before we talk treatments lets see a few more pics. as growone says, it looks like it might be nute burn rather than deficiency.having some issues here at the beginning of week 4. i believe i have a Phosphorus and Magnesium deficiency........
i see a lot of talk about hermies on here but let me explain something to you that may ease your mind. your plant isn't a hermie. we would know this by now because hermie plants produce both male and femal flowers because they have XXY chromosomes. males have XY, females XX. your plant has XX and this is obvious at this stage. so, if it produces male flowers the plant is INTERSEXED rather than hermied. this means it still has XX, but is producing male flowers because it thinks it needs to. many plants do this towards the end of flowering naturally, and its hard to breed out because it evolutionarily advantageous and been there for longer than ppl have been growing the stuff. however if you do get seeds from this, they wont be so many that they ruin your harvest if you pluck stuff as you see it (i even let mine go last harvest and ended up with maybe 10 premy seeds and 3 good ones for the whole plant). also, the seeds will all be feminized. this is how females seeds are made, inducing a female plant to produce pollen by whatever means it takes, usually justl onger flowering or GBA solutions.yup yup, thats what im hoping for. the side buds will prob be airy and not as dense as the others, but thats ok, now just crossing my fingers that she doesnt hermy!
Bummer dude! No other males around? Its possible she hermied and hit herself.so SHE is a HEshe. found these seeds this morning. interesting cause i dont see any male parts just these seeds... how did this happen without the male parts? or did i just overlook them somewhere
