Awesome.. I run bleach in my feed for my coco because I noticed it keeps away fungus gnats and my plants don't care at all. I use 2 PPM or roughly 0.2 ml 7% pure clorox per gal of water. Before I ran sterile reservoir I had weird biofilms and gunk buildup in my tanks cause I have 50 gallon barrels that hold my solution and some days I only run through 25-30 gallons.I run HIDs in my basement but it's always cool down there so don't need AC and even in the summer have a heater working a bit to maintain 75F in there with no exhaust fan going as it's on a temp/rh controller set for 80F and 60% RH. Very dry up north here too.
If your room temp is say 75 the water will likely be 70+. Danger zone so peroxide or bleach if running sterile. Small doses twice a week to keep the rot away. I've never used bleach just 35% food grade peroxide at 0.5ml/L and up to 8ml/L daily if rot starts.
Rarely had rot.
I've done the opposite and ran shit like MammothP teas all that shit did nothing to my yields or quality. I just run water + MaxiGro/MaxiBloom and achieve 1.5-2.0 lbs per 720w Growers Choice LED depending on strain and how good I do filling out the footprint of the light. I used to run complete lines, bloom boosters and all that shit and it only caused me to have problems resulting in less yield and stress on the plants.
I have ran as high as 0.5 ml per gallon ~5ppm of bleach once on some plants that were a week from chop and they didn't do anything funny, so I think 5ppm is probably safe in extreme cases but I wouldn't really put the plant through that all the time just from personal experience.
