GH waterfarms. set up drain to waste. What hydro method do you use?
some kelp products have very high K so you have to be mindful of what's in it.

You need something like this for kelp to work in the nutrient solution. Regular kelp extract is way to dirty, same goes for Humic IMO. You yanks got access to all the nice fancy stuff. You won't find BioAg anywhere in the EU.BioAg Cyto Plus is a pretty good 3 part mix if you want to try it. kelp, fulvic, micros.
Yeah im in Europe I’m going to give the mills nutrients a try. Very similar in fact they contain fulvic humics kelp etc.You need something like this for kelp to work in the nutrient solution. I always used regular kelp extract as foliar, it's more effective that way. You can actually see respons in 24h with more shoots forming by axillary dominance.
But if you're away for two weeks at a time like @rkymtnman this won't work as good. BioAg to the rescue! Cheers!
Good stuff! Haven't heard about Mills before. I'm always interested in checking out new stuff, thanks mate!Yeah im in Europe I’m going to give the mills nutrients a try. Very similar in fact they contain fulvic humics kelp etc.
I mainly like the fact that the bulk of the nitrogen is in a separate bottle so I can reduce the nitro.
Quite expensive but does seem to have lots of good stuff.Good stuff! Haven't heard about Mills before. I'm always interested in checking out new stuff, thanks mate!
for you guys across the pond, cna you get GHE floranova bloom (1 part bottle). it has humic in it.Quite expensive but does seem to have lots of good stuff.
me personally I’ve always gotten nitrogen tox then deficiencies from other nutes due to too high nitrogen %in the bottle. Having control over the nitrogen looks really useful
i can get it but max bottle size is 1 gal lol which works out 3x more expensive than the 20l bottles of mills I buyfor you guys across the pond, cna you get GHE floranova bloom (1 part bottle). it has humic in it.
Yeah they are just bought 20l a-b 5l c4 5l ultimate pk 1l vitalise 10l of sumo boost and 5l of evoponic steroids to try on my next batch.yikes. cancel that suggestion. i've always heard Mills are super expensive.
i would look into dry salts then if you use that much.Yeah they are just bought 20l a-b 5l c4 5l ultimate pk 1l vitalise 10l of sumo boost and 5l of evoponic steroids to try on my next batch.
Cost me 1350 euros and if I replace my nute tank every week and if I use 50% of the advertised dosage I’d use the lot in 1 grow.
but each grow here in Europe I turnover around. 20,000 euros so it’s not too bad.
Just on my mission to ever improve my quality
ive used megacrop but the issue of high N came up. I know they have a split version but not available in Europe yet.i would look into dry salts then if you use that much.
gotcha. i recently started using Jack's RO formula 1 part dry. they make a Tap formula too. i love it. i'm a big fan (now) of a 3-1-4 ratio start to finish. no N tox issues.ive used megacrop but the issue of high N came up. I know they have a split version but not available in Europe yet.
I like the simplicity of mixed nutrients rather than me having to buy several bags of dry nutrients individually
Yeah jacks was my first choice before megacrop... couldn’t get that here either.gotcha. i recently started using Jack's RO formula 1 part dry. they make a Tap formula too. i love it. i'm a big fan (now) of a 3-1-4 ratio start to finish. no N tox issues.
I don't think it's necessary a N toxicity issue from the plant food containing to much nitrogen. I mean many people run MegaCrop from start to finish in containers with amazing results. I think you just have to feed less.Yeah jacks was my first choice before megacrop... couldn’t get that here either.
I’m hoping this mills sorts out my nutrient issues then I won’t care about the cost as it will be worth every penny
i thought that too but if I run low enough to not get n tox I just get other deficiencies.I don't think it's necessary a N toxicity issue from the plant food containing to much nitrogen. I've practically seen people with N tox running Canna, GH, Dyna Gro and Jacks/MegaCrop. Are they all running to high nitrogen in the plant food? I don't think so.
Don't follow what's written on the bag, every single feeding chart, manufacturers recommendations are always way to hot. N toxicity should not be a problem in containers. Cheers!
