Charlie and Star got married recently.
It is kind of messed up that a ghoulish sub-culture springs up around all these creeps. Just their signature alone is a negotiable instrument for them to get drugs, phones, etc in prison. Each one of them has a retinue of handlers and admirers that they can always count on for support.

There's been a valid counterpoint made though. Some are wrongly convicted. I think DNA evidence is helping a lot in this regard.
There will always be collateral damage.
