Sorry if it wasn't clear, that is what I meant by 1 gallon fermenter. But thankyou for making the clairification. 2tbs seems like a lot specially for that volume, 2 tsp maybe? A packet of bakers yeast will work and there is maybe a gram or 2 in those. You can get yeast nutrient from the brew store if you want to continually propogate the culture.Even cheaper option is to mix up some sugar/yeast/water. 3 cups of sugar/2 tbsp of dried activates yeast, then fill halfway with water. Lasts 2-3 weeks, I shake mine up every day.
Also a quick suggestion, wouldn’t having the co2 source near the bottom be better? Yours is right beside the exhaust, would think it would be more effective on the floor/under the canopy.
By the way, I don’t mean this as criticism. Your setup blows mine out of the water!
And having good cirulation will mean there is effective mixing of the air and the density of co2 shouldn't be much of an issue.
Personally feel both the bags and fermenters are only useful for people at risk of co2 deficiency not for hitting vpd hard.
