Not that its better but it works. Sometimes clones do fine when I put them straight in rockwool or coco but sometimes they wilt and Ive notice if I put them back in plain water theyd perk back up. So naturally I tried leaving in water and they would root so now when I have difficult clones Ill leave in water for 4-5 days and then put in rockwool and they seemed to do fine after that. Hope this helps save them cuts.

Hey Eso, wanted to ask ya did you ever get around to growing out them hazeman strawberry cough beans. We had that smoke floating around here for awhile and its no doubt the best ive ever had/ im guessing it was from the cut tho. I saw you mentioned you had the beans

Naw, I haven't got to them yet. Nice to hear about the smoke being good, probably was from the cut. Hopefully there are some close phenos in haze mans beans.

Here's what's cooking lately.

Just threw 3 Sin city tangerine power beans and 3 Hazeman grape bubba (mendo x bubba) into paper towels.

I got 4 seedlings of my cross, Oran Jones, (lvtk x tangerine power) up and going in rock wool about 3-4 days old but only 1 is normal the other 3 are showing oddities from the lvtk mom.

The two empty cubes are Brisco County Sweet Dixies which should be up tomorrow and I have two roasted garlic margy by cannarado that are a couple weeks old. I also got a couple real nice black dog phenos. I'll get more photos over here.

That is a kick ass plant! Thank you for sharing. I can see the grapes 13 mom did her part and it sounds like the tang pow help kick those tropical scents. I'm gonna pop some of those g-tangs her in the next month or so for sure.

Another great job by a fellow member @C-theGrower !!! Here is a beautiful phenobarbitals of sunny D og (goji og x tangerine power)

Speaking of sunny d og, I had 1 seed in the goji ogs that was hit by tangerine power pollen. When I had the tang pow male in a cabinet with flowering lvtk and gojis that had preflowers the lvtk and 1 goji preflower got hit. I noticed this seed forming before I had the goji male's sacks open. Long story but I'm fairly positive that I have 1 bean of tangerine power pollinated goji so if it is nice I plan to perhaps cross it back into the sunny d og stock I have now so there will be a little more variety to work from.

It is in one of the 5 cubes with nothing in it, the others are 2 more tang pow since one dampened off, 2 more Oran Jones since the one heathy normal one dampened off out of no where just up and died. The smaller normal looking Oran Jones is still looking good, just slow as funk..

The mendo bubbas are all 3 looking good, the 2 sweet Dixies are looking nice and the other 2 tang pows are looking nice. So seedlings should be set, what I got is what I'll go with if the new ones don't make it then no more popping more, lol.

Since all the lemon crash and hurkles ended up herming I tossed those cuts. I have 1 male 1 female of grape sato in flower and I plan on either using his pollen or the roasted garlic margy male's pollen to hit my bb black dog and and lvtk clone. I may also hit the grape sato female and if the Oran Jones or roast garlic end up being female them too. But the bulk of beans will be black dog and lvtk.

If the lvtk still kicks out mutants kids like I'm getting in the Oran Jones cross I'll have to toss the lvtk cut. I'll pass it out to folks first though.

Bottom of tray clockwise, from 6 oclock to 9 oclock, mendo bubba by hazeman , then 2 tangerine pow standing and 2 behind not up yet, 1 standing Oran Jones 2 not up yet, then 2 sweet Dixies. Then the other empty cube is the sunny d og v2

I moved the bigger seedlings into bigger small cubes. Let them veg for a minute then sit them on 4" cubes to flower. Hopefully they'll be able to get big enough to sex in these cubes but if not no biggie.

The 2 mendo bubs on the bottom are straight raising the roof, hard to see in the pic but the cotyledons are standing up like they're cheering.

Super stoked to have 9 seedling with strong possibilities for orange juice phenos. I have a real nice tangerine power that smelled like tropical tango bubbilicous gum but the flavor was more orange cream popsicle flavor that I tired of quickly. Plus she went like 80 days or longer in flower and was slow as funk in veg.

Hoping find something more orange juice or sweet orange zest vs orange cream.

Above are 5 of the 9 orange seeds, here are the other four.
Top left sunny D og V2(same dad different goji mom), top right tang pow (sin city), both bottom are oran jones. Both oran jones look pretty normal and both were full ripe seeds versus the pale turds I was popping. Maybe mutants were just under formed? The new batch of oran jones beans are all full and nice dark beans so hopefully less or no mutants but time will tell.

Seedlings are chugging along nicely all except 1 of the mendo purp x bubba but I figured I'd get 1 slow ass mutant.
From left top row: mendo bub, tang pow, sweet Dx, sweet Dx
bottom row: mendo bub, mendo bub, tang pow, oran jones

Then the smaller four, 2 on the left are oran jones, top right is sunny d og v2, bottom right is tang pow runt, both oran jones look fairly normal, not twisted etc.

I just threw the 2 sweet Dixies, 2 tangerine power, 1 oran jones, 1 mendo x bubba into the flower tent. They're all still pretty small but I'm just flowering plants small so I can run through more plants vs vegging plants out for 1 month before flower. Right now I'm giving seeds about 2 weeks veg time then into the flower tent.

I think the 1 oran jones and 1 of the sweet Dixies are already showing male preflowers so I'll probably cull those. The oran jones is just too slow of a veg so he isn't making the cut and the sweet Dixies is Amos's baby so I'll let the males go.

Hopefully this girl stays strong and ball/nanner free because she is just turning it on. Orange zest terps and plenty of frost already starting to show.
