Estimate gram per watt

How big of a space?
I'm running 600W (two 300W lights) in a 4 x 4 tent. It's more watts/sqft than a lot of people go by for QBs, but I've had surprisingly good results from two lights that only cost me $90 each. I recommend them all the time to beginners who want an inexpensive entry into growing.

Yeah I was just trying to figure out you having any issue pulling a gram per watt with your setup. If you fill up the canopy space you should be hitting around 600 grams with your lights and space. May be some other factor, veg time etc.

The issue is more that I'm still learning a lot and I've been guilty of over training and getting a little out of hand with with pruning. Early on I was also just not vegging long enough. I think I'm going to be much closer to 1g/watt with my current grow, and I may break that number, but I constantly over estimate so I'm just going to wait until I see what it all comes to at the end.

That picture was from 2-3 weeks ago. This is how my canopy looks right now. I set my trellis too high, but I'm not scrogging, anyways, I'm just using it for support.
