there was a dude on another site. he was a larger medical grower who was a figure around clubs. a cop followed him around the net and his grow journal I read a about a day after it happened. Last year. The dude has a lot of freinds and they all buy seeds for thc farmer to support his family. Big loud case. The day after he harvested the cop who followed his journal with a logon and account and everything showed up and arrested him. But they were also following him in real world from clubs. So maybe they did not need that as evidenced or something.

Sure you could. You can track an IP address to the ISP but without their help you aren't going any further. I've worked for multiple ISPs and we had to do that when people got caught file sharing. They would send us a cease and desist order with an IP address, but we had to do the research to find out where the IP is.

Most residential users are drawing their IP from a large pool of addresses. If you are super paranoid reset your modem/router every few days to get a new IP address and use Proxy servers.

honestly, i'm only planning to grow one plant at a time, maybe 2. I'm not worried about shit, I buy from a seed bank and plan to smoke everything i harvest. I'm not buy or selling from anyone. it wouldn't profit them one bit to get me. Now if i was growing say 10 or 20 or 100 plants, I'd be veeery cautious. My advice, don't give them a reason to look into your shit!

VPN's are the wrong way to go. VPNs work over secure connections and as a general rule keep tons of logs. In order for you to access a VPN you are going to need some form of security authentication, which means your info is being tracked from the very get go.

yeah i know i got real sketched out a little while ago and put a major halt on my communication. to be honest, just as someone else noted, there ARE narcs on this; but as someone else said, they usually only get the warrant through other means--i mean, i would hope that we still have some sort of "freedom of speech"... but we don't.

i would just be careful... and i actually want to re-read the terms to clarify what it states.

thanks for starting this sick stoner... people need to know the Truth before it's too late; before our own foolishness and ignorance destroys us.

So you use Double VPNs? What does that even mean?

VPNs use whatever encryption the network administrator who configured the network sets it to, and if they are worth a damn you aren't cracking into one, let alone two different VPNs.

I do network administration professionally, and will gladly take some tips from you if you have some new, mind blowing info.

I don't think that the terms of use onn this forum would survive in a court of law, but I am not a lawyer.
