Everyone’s fave nutes?

After further investigation I’d have to pick the maxi grow up from a place an hour away, and the bloom isn’t available in uk. Cheers anyway bro
I would lean towards the Masterblend for two reason: it's a better value and it's a bit more customizable with the separate epsom and calnit.

Most of the one parts are a bit lacking on calcium, since you can't have a ton of calcium nitrate in it without having the fertilizer turning into a mushy blob.
For many growers one parts are fine since their source water is hard enough to supply the Mg and Ca.
Either way it never hurts to get a report on your source water.

GL and happy growing.

Stoner thoughts...someone in the UK needs to plop down the capital and start a no BS dry fert company.
Rent a warehouse and buy a few truckloads of base salts from Yara and ICL, then getta mixing.

Not a bad idea. I wish I lived in the uk now. Lol

Hell.... if I was in the UK, I might sink $20K into trying to startup a garage business. A few electric cement mixers, a truck of salts, then I just need to find a company to produce bags with some dipshit cartoons on them.
There's gotta be something we're missing here. Where there's money to be made, you can almost guarantee, somebody's got it cornered.

I guess we are lucky in the USA that most of the big boy distributers also cater the small retail market, Jack's, SouthernAG, Grow-More, Masterblend. GH...etc.

I think the two main players in the UK are Yara and ICL who don't bother with the retail market.
I have seen a few UK based nutrient companies that sell dry ferts, but they are all the overhyped crap with $50 a pound prices.
The rest of the market is GH which has enormous shipping and import fees.
If I where to start, I would focus on general fertilizers, like a 3 part and bloom and veg 1parts. Cater those to grow shops and garden stores for individual use and small hydro operations that don't want to buy truckloads at a time.

How do you like green leaf nutrients ? I can get mega crop 1 part ,pk boost , and kelp powder from them in uk. I might do a side by side of my current regime. If it keeps the growth as nice as my 10 bottle from seed to harvest then I’ll stick with cheap powder

We don’t have gh here it’s ta over here (same formula different company) it is pretty much all liquid market other than greenhouse they do reasonably priced powder ferts (Dutch company)they are really the only dry ferts I’ve seen in hydro shops here.

I used Mega Crop once years ago, it performed just fine. I had problems with it not dissolving and gumming up my 1/4 drip system, so I gave it to a buddy that hand waters. My days of all sorts of additives are long gone, I run one formula start to finish now, I may make some slight tweaks depending on growing conditions, strain, etc. I use Hydrobuddy and have a PPM formula I know works for me using any peat soilless mix I procure. As they say the proof is in the pudding, being your final nutrient solution.
I've found that I can get what I need from a few bulk ingredients, base salt, calnit, epsom, calcium chelate, powdered micros, and potassium silicate (used for pH up).

I ordered mega crop 1part, kelp, pk booster , it’s crazy how much cheaper it is than greenhouse feeding , they’re selling 2.5 kg booster for 130 and I can get 7.2 kg of green leaf booster shipped in from nyc for the same price. For some reason I can get green leaf but not jacks 321 or gh. Yeah i Hand water, I did read it was gunky in drippers. Yeah I think after my bottles are gone they won’t be making come back.

I've used the one part for several crops in coco at 6 grams/gallon all the way through. Good stuff but makes a cloud when pouring wear a mask

Can you do it in measuring spoons? Or is weight best way? Did you use any other additives?
Nope just that in ro water and ph came right to 6 most of the time. Think it says the spoon equivalent on the bag but I mix in 15 gallons so just go by weight
