nurrgle Well-Known Member Oct 12, 2019 #5 I would remove the window, and cut a piece of particle board to fit the opening. paint the outside black and mount a vent in it. I seal mine with expanding foam because it is sturdy.

Clumpyoyster Well-Known Member Oct 12, 2019 #6 I had to do the same thing in my basement. I removed everything I could then plywood inside outside with insulation in the middle.
