..or you could water it with ph'd water, see if it comes back..
What's to lose?
I've seen some pretty gnarled plants bounce back, hell i split and removed the seeds' shell myself on my 2nd to last planting, after 3 weeks of struggling to germ, figured it wasnt any good, but wth right?, only a bit of damage to the cotyledons, and its coming along fine now(bagseed, switched spots in 2nd pic)

Poor baby, and yeah I feel bad for you too, and believe me when I tell you, I have been there and done that way to many times, in fact i recently did that to a 4 foot tall 4 weeks into flower WW, I needed the space in my flowering room so I moved her to a back tent, put her on a timer and forgot I did that, the damn covid-19 I got in March has really screwed with me, anyway 10 days later when I finally remembered doing that she looked horrible, hundreds of leaves dropped, curly crippies everywhere, yellow death was everywhere, but now she is about to start week 7 and yeah she looks really bad, but she is still pumping those buds up so I ain't going to kill her off no matter how bad she looks!

one of my plants had some pretty major issues in the first few weeks of flower. The buds and sugar leaves look amazing though and just keep on growing.
Nothing to complain about here.
Yep, them buds look awesome, drool, drool, really you did a good job getting her to the end! Yeah, all of us hope we can keep those fans green, but sometimes no matter what we do it simply ain't happening, but if the buds keeping pumping up and look that good, who cares what anyone might say, I know I don't, and you shouldn't either...

Im sure yield was affected somewhat but I will still be very happy with what i get. This is why i dont "defoliate". Yeah i cut off some of the little bottom branches and fan leaves but for the most part i leave them alone. Those fan leaves act as nutrient batteries, storing mobile nutrients that the plant can easily redirect to the buds when they need them.
