You seem to be unable to read through an entire message. There are three things needed to prove battery. Third in the list is "resulting in either bodily injury or an offensive touching."
Is she trying to swat flys?
Is she trying to swat flys?
So if a cop asks me out of my car.Fixed it for you.
So he gave her permission to punch him in the face? You seem to be unable to read through an entire message. There are three things needed to prove battery. Third in the list is "resulting in either bodily injury or an offensive touching."
She did not harm that officer nor was he offended by her touch, hence not charged with battery. You are wrong about this.
YOU are an adult Chesus. This girl cannot even drive a car yet. Do you see the difference? So if a cop asks me out of my car.
I can just sit there and refuse?
That would be fucking awesome hardass. Since I boxed professionally for 3 years. I would love to debate with youYOU are an adult Chesus. This girl cannot even drive a car yet. Do you see the difference?
What am I saying, of course you don't.
After reading thousands of your hard-headed posts, I'd speculate that if we ever met, before we finished our first joint, I would have to pound your head on the concrete just to try to soften it up some.
being an admin doesn't make you any smarter or tougherTyping in all caps does not make your head any softer.

What does this have to do with the girl that was beaten? So if a cop asks me out of my car.
I can just sit there and refuse?
You are seeing things. Now you are claiming she was let off from battery charges -- because she is black. You are claiming reverse discrimination over the false impression that the girl committed the crime of battery. I point out to you that battery involves more than what the girl did. There is not a shred of discussion by anybody involved saying that she harmed that officer. Hence, no battery charges. Hence I call you a fool, perhaps a racist fool for falsely claiming reverse discrimination. So he gave her permission to punch him in the face?
Tell me when I said the cop should of not been fired? What does this have to do with the girl that was beaten?

What should have been a relatively minor event at school turned into a national story because the officer acted out of a line and blew the situation up. The girl was wrong to disrupt the class and to disobey the officer, nobody says otherwise. That officer beat her for her failure to obey his orders. School officials and police officials agree the officer's actions were wrong.
Somehow you see it differently but you make no sense.
Nobody but you are claiming battery, including the people involved -- this includes the police officer that you say was, lol, punched. Get over yourself. You weren't there, you don't really know anything. You seem to be upset that an unwarranted beating of a black child led to greater punishment of the police officer than the punishment of the teen. You are wrong about this.
And this has What to do with the arrest of the girl in South Carolina?
Read the title of the thread again, champ. And this has What to do with the arrest of the girl in South Carolina?
NOTHING
Well then you have a lot of other options. Than choosing this girl as the poster child of police racism.Read the title of the thread again, champ.
"Tell me when I said the cop should of not been fired?"Tell me when I said the cop should of not been fired?
Doesn't excuse her behavior or exonerate her from getting charged for her offenses
Reverse discrimination?
There was no discrimination when he went to arrest her. And that was only after he asked her several times to get up.
Should he of bought her an ice cream and maybe got down on his knees and begged her to get up?
Uh huhWell then you have a lot of other options. Than choosing this girl as the poster child of police racism.
She is NOT a victim of racism
