That's probably why statistically it happens to blacks far more often than whites, even though blacks are only 13% of the population. I'm sure that's just coincidental.I'm saying you're wrong. The police brutality you see is not because this country was built on racism. Some cops might be racist. white and black. sure. But that's not the reason for police brutality. I think there is much more to it than that.
