In Texas they would rope n drag him with the car,...in Boston, our cops are badass, one would walk up to him, and the minute he raises it, shoot that hand off and say, that was pretty cool, then shoot him in both knees and call the gang unit cuz he`s a crip......

law enforcement has many non lethal tools at their disposal and at no time imo was anybody in danger from this drugged up teenager to warrant getting executed.

Yes, non lethal can work on pcp. Car vs. Dude on pcp. Baton breaking leg (I wouldn't approach a knife wielding man trying to break his leg). Bean bag rounds. 00 buck bounced off the ground at his feet.
