The oil and gas industry told the American people that fracking was for the energy independence of the USA and it would lower energy costs. It was all a lie and their plan all along was to liquefy it and sell it to the highest bidder which will make prices rise here instead of fall. Why do you think Rex Tillerson was made secretary of state, so he could travel the world making deals on oil and gas at the tax payers expense. LNG is going to be sold to China and Europe and that will increase prices here.

The gluten thing that's going around is explained!!! Simple. it's the folic acid. Never mind the inch high list of fine text of ingredients in that bread. Or the fact that that flour is made with a modern strain of wheat and nothing like what people ate just a hundred years ago. And forget that people are very different in how they react to different foods. It's folic acid.

That mega-sized lawsuit that Monsanto is facing regarding cancer people claim was caused by glyphosphate (Roundup)? It's just a nothing burger. Uh yeah sure. I have no opinion on that lawsuit but have read about it and they have a good enough case to take it to court. Cases like that have to pass a judge's test for legal standing. Passing that test isn't trivial.

With your advice and $2.10 you can get a grande size cup of Starbucks.

Zinke came here to Alaska with 10 drooling Republican Senators last year. Toured the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, the National Petroleum Reserve, the LNG pipeline proposed project, Cook Inlet Natural Gas, Doyon (Alaska Native corporation) drilling projects and in a meeting in Anchorage with the public there declared it is the intention of the Trump administration to make us the number 1 producer of petroleum and to be number 1 in the world in petroleum exports.

The Chinese immediately toured here and started negotiating to finance for sharing and exporting LNG to China.

I won't even start on the Pebble Mine

So far the biggest jump in rigs has been by a Spanish petroleum corporation. The Pebble Mine? Canadian/Australian. The LNG pipeline that will BYPASS Fairbanks which is a filthy air city in winter? Chinese owned. The only sticking point now is where to load it. Run the line to Valdez or to Cook Inlet and build a new deepwater petroleum loading facility for China and India mainly. But Trump hates global trade.

This coming from the same administration that said North Korea is getting rid of its nukes due to Trump's deals with Kim Jong-un in Singapore.

Europe isn't going to make a dent in the loss of the Chinese soy bean market. The loss is going to linger long after this rift with China is healed. It must suck having to defend Trump.
